My Perfect Day

The journal prompt on UK Stampers was to depict what a perfect day would be for us
I painted the background for my page with Radiant Pearls and stamped the title  The stamped dancing lesson poster is a Crafty Individual stamp  and as the page required a picture I added a photo of myself blended into the background of a tropical beach.  The perfect end to my perfect day would be to take a stroll along the beach with someone I had spent the evening dancing with!

Journal cover

I created this journal cover from handmade fabric paper and bound it in hand dyed and stamped tape
I love this old photo so transferred it to fabric and stitched it to the background  The long tags are also fabric paper with hand written goals added  The title is from round tiles stamped and secured to the background with embroidery thread
